If aliens visited the planet they might struggle to understand how we're planning to switch to electric vehicles (EVs) by 2030. The UK government has a target of 300,000 public charging points by 2030 - so far we've only got around 30,000 - as, for lots of good reasons, we've been focused on installing a small number of fast charging points.

But spending £1,000+ on a fast “wall box” charger at home is too much for many, especially as most drivers just need a slow charge overnight to top up their daily range. We need some fresh thinking to make life easier for existing and new EV owners.

To enable "charging everywhere", lower cost public chargers need to be installed in residential and commercial properties at a scale simply not possible with existing technology.

Launching as soon as humanly possible, ChargerBill will be introducing a new approach to EV charging.
